District Two
District 2 covers Columbus's Northwest and Far West Sides: the Far West, Hayden Run and West Scioto planning areas, plus the part of the Northwest area north of Bethel Road. The Scioto River and Griggs Reservoir run through the district, and I-70 forms much of its border with District 6.
Columbus City Council District 2 is represented by Council Member Nancy Day-Achauer, first elected in 2023. Under the current system, every Columbus voter helps elect all nine district seats.

Points of interest
- Griggs Park and Reservoir — 164-acre park along Griggs Reservoir, formed by a Scioto River dam dedicated in 1905, with boat launches, disc golf and 7.25 miles of paved path.
- Hayden Falls Nature Preserve — 3.5-acre Hayden Run nature preserve around Hayden Falls; climbing the falls is prohibited to protect endangered plants on the cliff faces.
- Carriage Place Community Center — Rec & Parks community center in 13-acre Carriage Place Park, with a gymnasium, gymnastics and dance rooms, and fitness and weight rooms.
- McKnight Outdoor Education Center — 11.8-acre Rec & Parks site with the rustic Ottawa Lodge, the Net Zero Wyandot Lodge, trails, caves, creeks and Scioto River access.
- Raymond Memorial Golf Course — City-run 18-hole golf course on 188 acres in the West Scioto community, near Wilson Road Golf Course.
- The Mall at Tuttle Crossing — Enclosed regional mall off I-270 at Tuttle Crossing Boulevard with more than 90 stores, including Macy's.
