District Four
District Four covers much of the West Side and Southwest Columbus, including the Hilltop, portions of Franklinton, and areas along West Broad Street. Its northern boundary runs roughly along Route 161 and East Dublin-Granville Road, with I-670 West to the south and Route 3/Cleveland Avenue to the west. The district has the lowest median household income and highest poverty rate among the nine districts.
